These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Zuzive and the provision of secret shopper and service quality audit services (the "Services"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our Services.
The Services are provided by Zuzive ("we", "us", "our"), based at:

Orders for our secret shopper and service quality audit services may be placed through this website, by email, or by telephone. An order constitutes an offer by you to purchase Services on these Terms. No contract exists between you and Zuzive until we send you a written confirmation (by email) accepting your order, setting out the scope of the audit or mystery shopping assignment, the agreed price, and the expected delivery timeframe.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example where the requested assignment falls outside our operational capacity or geographic coverage. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable UK value added tax (VAT). Prices cover the agreed scope of the audit or mystery shopping visit, preparation of the assessment brief, execution of the visit or review, and delivery of a written report of findings.
Any additional services not specified in the order confirmation — such as follow-up visits, extended reporting, or expedited turnaround — are chargeable separately and will only be carried out with your prior agreement.
Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated in the order confirmation. We accept payment methods as indicated on the website or invoice. Services will only be performed once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel an order at any time before we have commenced work on it by contacting us at [email protected]. Once work has commenced — including scheduling of a mystery shopper visit or commencement of an audit — cancellation may be subject to a charge reflecting work already carried out or costs already incurred.
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of order confirmation. However, if you request that the Services begin before the end of this cancellation period and we complete the assignment in full, you lose the right to cancel once performance is complete. If cancellation occurs after Services have partly begun, you will be charged proportionately for the work carried out.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our Services, please contact us at [email protected] with details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, seeking a fair resolution wherever possible.
We provide our Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
This website uses a single cookie, cookie_consent, which stores your consent preference for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking, or session cookies are used. Advertising measurement, where applicable, operates only after consent has been given and only on the order confirmation page.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For details on how your data is collected, used, and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Should you have concerns about how your data is handled, you may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
