How Each Assignment Is Organised

01

Brief Received

The client sends the areas they want checked: speed, accuracy, product knowledge or something specific to their sector. We confirm scope within our usual 4-hour reply window.

02

Visit Scripted

A visit plan is written with set questions or scenarios, matched to the brief. This keeps every visit comparable if more than one auditor is involved.

03

Visit Conducted

An auditor attends as an ordinary customer, in person or by phone, and records observations immediately afterwards while details are fresh.

04

Report Delivered

Findings are written up against the original brief, with dates and specific notes rather than general impressions, then sent to the client for review.
